What Our Customers Are Saying

Over the years, ARE Inspections has developed strong relationships and built a good reputation with homeowners, businesses, and property managers. Here are some reviews of our satisfied customers.

  • “I would highly recommend ARE Inspections.”

We had a fantastic experience with Kevin and A.R.E. Inspections. They are reasonably priced, very helpful, friendly, you feel completely comfortable with him in your home, and he made himself available for follow up questions and consultation. Kevin can be self-sufficient and find his own way around the home, but he is also open to your input, such as your areas of concern. The report he gives after is helpful and detailed. I would highly recommend Kevin and A.R.E. Inspections.

  • “ARE is a great company”

ARE is a great company. Ask for Kevin, he’s done inspections and helped with moisture remediation several times over the years. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, has great communication, is punctual, and his pricing is good. 5 stars.

  • “Kevin is very honest, professional and knowledgeable.”

I would highly recommend Kevin and his services. We were in need of a mold inspector after we had water damage. Kevin is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time/early and was prompt in verbal test results as well as written reports. If we are in need of a mold inspector again I will call Kevin and will recommend his services to others.

  • “I highly recommend this business.”

IHe was able to get same day results, and also went above and beyond well past working hours to get me a report back on the mold findings. I highly recommend this business and Kevin if you’re ever in need of a mold report. Our realtor was very impressed by him as well, and will likely be using his services in the future.
